Retail Architectural Designer (remote position)

Architectural Designer for Retail  Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a Design Architect, with a focus on Luxury Retail, Food & Beverage and Hospitality. Global Luxury Retail and or National Coffee Cafe specific experience required. Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, 3D and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes Strong knowledge of the design and architectural process A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills Responsibilities Concept design Material sourcing and specification Modeling and rendering Construction documents and assisting the Project Manager in obtaining and carrying out the needs for a specific project.
