RIBA announces Neave Brown Award for Housing shortlist
The shortlist for RIBA’s prestigious annual Neave Brown Award for Housing has been announced.The award dates to 2019 and is named in honor of the modernist social housing pioneer and 2018 Royal Gold Medal laureate. This year’s quartet is taken from winners of RIBA’s 2021 Regional Awards and features two projects by Peter Barber, who is rapidly establishing himself as a leader in innovative public housing design.According to RIBA President Simon Alford: "Each scheme provides an intelligent and creative solution that addresses the UK’s affordable housing challenge.
