Job Qualifications Degree in Architecture or Construction Management 5 or more years experience in project management with an emphasis on high end construction projects Excellent communication skills Motivation to meet demanding schedules and deadlines Interest in being part of a dynamic team developing architecturally significant residential projects in Manhattan Detail oriented with the ability to manage stressful situations and problem solving   Job Responsibilities Co-ordinate with clients, architects, and sub-contractors to bid projects Aid in the collection of documents for permitting Create schedules and progress reports Mange on-going communication between clients, architects and the construction team to document design modifications and change orders Work with the on-site construction managers to maintain ordering and purchasing
