This position will be a minimum two-year commitment as RKTB’s site representative during the construction of a new 58,500 sf school addition for the NYC SCA located in the Bronx, New York (P.S. 87 Bronx). Desired Qualifications An independent, well organized, and collegial individual to represent RKTB on a construction site with the ability to effectively interact with many varied disciplines. At a minimum, either a degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction management and 5-years of related experience (or); 10-years of related experience without a degree. Strong technical knowledge of new building design and construction.
