As team leaders, they manage the staff, develop all project deliverables in a timely manner and within budget, lead consultant coordination, and are the point of contact for clients. Above all, they work in close collaboration with the principal in developing designs that respond adequately and creatively to our client’s needs and expectations. Prerequisites for the position include a passion for design and problem solving, a commitment to build well in the real world, exacting standards of self and others, and above all, a growth mindset.
