Architecture and residential development firm based in NYC and Upstate NY seeks junior level Architect for work on new high end modern residences Upstate for the development firm and private clients, and on residential and commercial buildings, conversions and renovations in New York City. Architect will work directly with the Principal Architect and the Project Team, assisting in all project stages, from design to construction documents and contract administration. Architect should possess strong design, communication and representational skills, and be able to take an active and collaborative role in the operations of the firm.
