SBLM LI Office seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to run retail and commercial projects.  The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, detail-oriented individual who is accustomed to working hands-on in production of construction documents, while also guiding a project team and collaborating with consultants on multiple ongoing projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Oversee Job Captains & CAD operators as required Coordinating and developing construction documents Ability to take on technically challenging issues Perform code and zoning analyses Review and redline drawings Produce deliverables without requiring constant supervision Coordinate meetings with consultants and clients Organize and lead site visits and surveys Conduct material research and meet with vendor as necessary, to understand materials and products Take initiative to complete work Requirements: BA Arch or BS Arch degree required Experience working on Retail projec...
