Qualifications: Min. 5 or more years of experience or equivalent in all phases of design documentation.Multi-family / Hospitality experience such as Type-I / Type-III / Type-V.Proficient in Archicad 24, AutoCAD, Office 365.Knowledge of codes and experience in responding to plan check comments.Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Coordinates with project team and engineers.Familiar with California construction methods and materials.BA or B.
