Contract Administration Staff Member needed to work on Southland Casino Expansion in West Memphis, AR. The position requires full-time availability for on-site work with the following responsibilities and qualifications: Must have extensive experience in CA on similar mixed-use and/or hospitality projects Must have a reference from the similar project(s) to verify performance Expertise in reviewing RFIs and constructing written responses Expertise in reviewing submittals Highly skilled at communicating with clients, team members, and construction team Extremely fluent in English, both written and spoken Preparation of field reports Capable of preparing sketches, drawing changes, and change orders in-field as needed (with a consultation to a home office) Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Photoshop, Procore, project scheduling, and time management   This is an equal opportunity position for a qualified candidate.
