SRA+AE is an architectural firm located in Soho for 20 years. We specialize in restaurants, clubs and new buildings in New York City.  We seek an experienced architect Technical Director with 8-12 years of experience with strong technical and construction documentation skills.  You will be responsible for the technical team and work closely with clients and the firm's partners.  There is room to grow in our firm. Candidates should have excellent understand of construction documentation including producing plans, details, sections, and how to produce NYC construction document sets.  Strong technical skills are highly valued along with and good understanding of Autocad.  The successful candidate should have a good graphic sense and be a quick learner, who can work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
