Residential-and-commercial firm seeks an independent contractor with 3-5 years experience. Strong AutoCAD and project-management skills are required. You will work directly with the supervising partner on all aspects of one project, with a focus on developing permit and construction drawings, including detailing and corresponding with consultants. Currently twenty to forty hours a week are needed, with some flexibility and scope for change. Hourly compensation commensurate with experience and ultimately with responsibility.
