Residential-and-commercial firm seeks an independent contractor with 2-5 years experience. Strong rendering and AutoCAD skills are required, with project-management experience desired. You will work directly with the supervising partner to render several projects, and when available to develop one project in greater detail through AutoCAD drawing, for client presentation, permitting, and construction. Currently twenty hours a week are needed, with some flexibility and scope for change. Hourly compensation commensurate with experience and ultimately with responsibility.
