We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Architectural Designer with 1-2 years of design experience on architectural and interior design projects for High End residential projects in the USA. We are working in person in our Upper East Side studio. Candidates must be local and authorized to work in the USA. Duties & Responsibilities Include: Understand project requirements and design developments Drafting, detail drawings including millwork, interiors and furniture. Prepare working drawings, designs, plans and 3d models Requirements & Qualifications: Degree in Architecture Experience in Concept Design through Design Development and Construction Documentation Familiar with DOB standards in NYC and the Hamptons a plus Strong Proficiency in Architectural design software including, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray and Adobe Suite Basic understanding of construction means and methods Willingness to learn and take direction from everyone else at the studio Entrepreneurial spirit and ...
