Studio Castellano is looking for an energetic and self-motivated architect to join our staff to work on an institutional facility documentation project in NYC. This is a full-time position, with benefits. Studio Castellano is an architecture and development firm that has been involved in some of NYC’s most dynamic projects. The candidate must have 3-6 years of relevant experience as a Project Architect in the United States, advanced knowledge of building construction, construction documents & detailing. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications include Knowledge of NYC building codes, A.D.A laws, and construction standards Ability to manage all aspects of project coordination with consultants Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Strong AutoCAD and graphics skills, Revit experience is a plus Must be based in NYC
