Studio William Hefner, a nationally recognized architecture/interior design/landscape design firm specializing primarily in high-end residential and estate design is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our Montecito office. This is a unique opening for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized. The opportunity to enter a large, established practice on the ground floor does not come around often. We are located in the Lower Village of the Montecito area of Santa Barbara, loaded with great projects and clients, and are ready to hire! The ideal applicant will have 7 to 10 years of work experience, proficient in construction documents, knowledge of details and construction processes & coordination with consultants. Proficiency in Revit is required and a background with Enscape a plus.
