We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Architect possessing passion for design, desire to translate client’s goals into a built environment and aspires to obtain ownership. Candidate shall be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, ability to communicate design intent /concepts, team oriented and enjoy working in an open, interactive environment. While working under the direct supervision of a Principal. candidate shall be assigned a broad variety of tasks specific responsibilities will include: Build and nurture relationships with employees, clients and consultants. Conduct field verification surveys detailing existing site conditions. Basic understanding of BOMA Standards of Measurements and develop square foot take-offs.
