The Bakery by Joost Arijs / Glenn Sestig Architects
In December 2022, Joost Arijs opened 'The Bakery' next to his viennoiserie on Vlaanderenstraat in Ghent, Belgium. For (interior) architecture, the award-winning chocolatier engaged the internationally renowned architect Glenn Sestig.
