Responsibilities: The Port Authority Engineering Department's Resilient & Sustainable Engineering (RSE) unit is seeking a Technical Manager, Standards of Practice (Technical Manager). The Technical Manager will be a senior leader within RSE and an essential contributor to achievement of the Authority's ambitious sustainability and resilience objectives, including Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy production, sustainable construction, climate and extreme weather resilience, and more. The Technical Manager will not initially supervise Port Authority staff but will benefit from access to a range of resources, including staff, consultants, and academic expertise.
