We are seeking a candidate who is autonomous, resourceful, driven, demanding, and goal-oriented. This role demands experience in leading projects from pre-construction through construction and stabilization. The position necessitates knowledge in project management, the permitting process, construction management, and budgeting experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include site checks, cost estimates, construction plan preparation, obtaining and evaluating contractors’ cost proposals, and expediting all permitting processes with the City of Miami to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
