A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $7,500 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE  SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION The Facilities Planning & Design department is comprised of design professionals who are responsible for the planning, design and management of all capital improvement projects across the Chapel Hill campus, and master planning and the collection and organization of space data and mapping for the greater University.The Capital Project Management team is specifically responsible for the planning and evaluation of space needs for campus partners and auxiliary groups, providing design project management services for the University’s Capital Improvement Projects, and land use planning to create a campus environment that supports the University’s mission through master planning, development plans and agreements.
