Skills
- Preferably 4-7 years experience in custom residential projects
- Experience with various local building code, research and submittal processes
- Passion for and appreciation of craft, detail, materiality and sustainable design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Adobe Photoshop and hand sketching
- Excellent 3D modeling skills
- A flexible and professional attitude with the ability and willingness to listen and juggle various tasks
- A self-motivated, independent worker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited architecture program
