Tom Winter Architects (TWA) is an innovative architectural studio with a variety of ambitious residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Our focus is in sustainable, original and conceptual architecture. We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, creative intermediate architect who is experienced in design and construction documents. You will work under direct supervision of a registered architect. Requirements degree in architecture  minimum of 5 years office experience experience in preparation of design/permit/construction documents  knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and Building Codes proficient in Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Sketchup team player and self-starter
