The Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design at The University of Houston seeks qualified candidates for a full-time, Promotion Eligible Non-Tenure Track Instructional Assistant Professor focusing on the areas of Design and Professional Practice. We seek candidates with a vision in a critical design practice that can be applied in a studio with intellectual curiosity, a recognized experience in design pedagogy across levels, and technical knowledge that can be translated into a curricula, program vision, teaching, and scholarship.  The appointment will come with a primary focus on teaching (undergraduate and graduate architecture) and a choice of service and/or research.
