University of Illinois Professor Lynne M. Dearborn inaugurated as ACSA National President

The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) has announced that architect and educator Lynne M. Dearborn has taken office as the organization's new President. Dearborn will serve through June of 2021 and is expected to focus on issues relating to racial justice within the ACSA organization and throughout field of architectural education, among other topics. Rashida Ng of Temple University served as the previous ACSA President. Aside from her longtime involvement with ACSA and status as a licensed architect, Dr. Dearborn is also a Professor of Architecture and the Chair of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Illinois School of Architecture in Urbana-Champaign. She earned a B.ARCH from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.ARCH from the University of Oregon, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) has announced that architect and educator Lynne M. Dearborn has taken office as the organization's new President.
