A multi award-winning firm based in Lower Manhattan are currently seeking an Intermediate Architect to work on NYC Multifamily Residential projects. This studio has a passion for sustainability, so the position is ideal for someone with similar ideologies and has the equivalent of 6-8 years of experience. You will require the following experience for this position: Experience working on multifamily projects, work samples will be required. Proficiency with Revit & 3D – professional experience is required, Prior exposure to NYC building codes and zoning laws. NYC multifamily experience will be beneficial. Live project experience from feasibility through to construction administration. Ground up experience is also required, Professional architectural degree. LEED Certification will be a plus.
