Landscape Architect We are looking for a Landscape Architect to join our growing team in St Petersburg, FL office. This position will support our engineering team by providing landscape design expertise. The successful candidate can expect to work in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects including parks, commercial and municipal land development, sports complexes, community planning, and streetscape design throughout the region for a wide variety of great clients. Project experiences will be diverse as we provide services to both the public and private sectors. Our ideal candidate will contribute to the team through the following responsibilities: • Write proposals and scope of services. • Preparation of Drawing sets, Details and Specifications, 3D modeling and Rendering. • Perform CADD related work per red line mark-ups for irrigation plans, planting plans, general notes and other items related to plan submittals. • Coordinate with contractors by visiting s...
