Project Architect (Los Angeles)--As a Project Architect at West of West you will develop and manage design-driven architectural projects in all phases from our Los Angeles studio. You will participate in and oversee the architectural aspects of a project in all phases while managing project workflows. You should be intimately familiar with the needs of commercial projects including zoning and building codes, permitting, detailing, and working drawings, and you should have successfully performed this role in the past. You are confident, knowledgeable, and reliable. You are independent and proactive, and excited to bring your talents to a growing young design studio. This role is for work on major building repositions and new ground-up commercial projects in Los Angeles and experience in both is required. The capacity to work closely with other project partners while promoting and maintaining good relationships is required. This role is remote WFH until the pandemic is over...
