From two-star Michelin Chef José Andrés, comes Zaytinya, a luxurious restaurant located in the Ritz Carlton, New York. Designed by Rockwell Group, the 140-cover space celebrates Mediterranean culture with bright blues, warm bronzes, white oak woods and specially commissioned artwork. Architectural finishes have been kept as a neutral base to offset these elements of texture and pattern found in the upholstered banquettes and at the bar. Rich and undulating curves, an assortment of textures, and a custom mural of a meandering Mediterranean landscape all come together to transport guests to an oasis of the coast.
