Work in teams with studio environment with minimal supervision • Quality commercial and high-end custom estate experience preferred • Strong organizational & communication skills • Strong design and graphics skills • Strong Computer skills • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in generating construction documents preferred • Strong design sense and detailing; Construction Administration Review shop drawings and submittals and RFI’s • Coordination with consultants and city agencies.
