ZH Architects is an award winning architecture firm looking for a design oriented and motivated Project Architect/Designer with 2-4 years of NYC experience. We seek someone who is interested in working in a collaborative environment and is confident working directly with clients, managing consultants and working on projects through all stages of construction. Candidates should have knowledge in preparation of NYC DOB sets and DOB NOW. Our current body of work includes ground up condominiums and rental buildings, restoration of historic townhouses, and interior residential and commercial renovations. This varied portfolio is united by a desire to produce thoughtful modern work with a focus on sustainable energy practices and primarily passive house design.
