ZH Architects seeking Project Designer/Architect in New York, NY, US
ZH Architects is an award-winning architecture firm looking for a motivated Project Designer/Architect with 2-3 years of NYC experience. The position will require the ability to synthesize sustainable building practices with a modern design aesthetic. Candidates should be self-starting, detailed oriented and have strong design/presentation skills. Fluency in both 2-d and 3-d drafting programs will be expected and proficiency with Mac platform and Vectorworks, a plus. Our current body of work includes both single and multifamily residential passive house projects located in NY, NJ and CT in various stages of the design and construction. We also are working with the city on the renovation of a shelter on the LES. Passive House knowledge a plus. Salary and benefits will be competitive and based on skill level.
