Construction on the $1.97 billion, 1.8 million-square-foot stadium wrapped July 30, and the certificate was awarded the following day. Construction on the stadium was not slowed or shut down by the coronavirus pandemic.The stadium, designed by Kansas City-based firm MANICA Architecture, will be home to the Las Vegas Raiders and the University of Nevada.
