Carter designed the 1968 home for a family who went on to own the dwelling for more than 50 years. After hitting the market for the first time in 2020, the property has since been thoughtfully restored and updated, with much of the original design still intact.
The sunken living room is anchored by a drop-down fireplace and features shag carpet, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a reflecting pool.
