Position Overview: The Compliance Director is responsible for managing and expanding upon a proprietary compliance database, tracking compliance deadlines, alerting and limiting exposure related to the handling of violations, permits, renewals and all other time sensitive matters pertaining to growing real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Populating and regularly updating compliance spreadsheets and record books.  Completion/tracking of window guards, fire safety, MDRs, violations, boiler records, elevator records, etc. Delegating tasks to subordinates as requests arise and providing leadership.Ensure all required inspections of façades (FISP), sprinklers, backflow preventers, gravity tanks, standpipe, and equivalent are conducted and code compliant on an regular basis as dictated by city and state rules & regulations including FDNY, DOB, ECB DOMH DEP, etc.Maintaining all associated electronic and paper files Track building violations using SiteComli, ...
