Position title: Operations Manager Position purpose: The Operations Manager serves the studio by developing and holding accountability to the systems that keep the business running. They are primarily responsible for the day to day functioning of the studio and cover a range of tasks from Human Resources to Business Development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Administrative responsibilities: Manages the relationships with the landlord, accountant, benefits providers, licensing renewals. Manages studio maintenance.
