We are seeking an architect, to work with the Engineering Department, Quality Assurance Division, Design Standards Unit in Jersey City, New Jersey, on site and/or remote as directed by the Assistant Manager. Salary range is $79,000 to $100,000. Roles and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Armand Corporation, and the Design Standards Unit Manager and the Assistant Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural documents for tenant projects (TAA) and design audit, and project processing for our client to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and the client's technical standards.
