Armand is looking for a Project Control Specialist, to work with our client and their Engineering Department, Quality Assurance Division, Design Standards Unit in Jersey City, New Jersey as an on site and/or remote as directed by the Assistant Manager. Salary is $70,000-83,000.00/annually. Roles and Responsibilities Under the supervision of Armand and the client's the Design Standards Unit Manager and the Assistant Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for code review supporting services of Tenant Alteration Application (TAA) task. Specific responsibilities include: monitoring TAA status, various report preparations, monitoring charge codes, preparations for presentations, Request for Proposals (RFP), TAA review budget estimating and purchase order (PO), managing code library, assisting in information gathering, preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and reviewing databases for the Quality Assurance Division....
