BLDGWORKS is seeking a Design-Build Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to provide project coordination of both design and construction projects. A design-build project coordinator will spend time on design tasks, pre-construction coordination, and on-site construction. This person is highly self-motivated and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. Will work under the supervision of a Project Manager to manage daily design and construction operations of multiple single family residential, commercial mass timber, and multifamily housing projects. Must be able to travel frequently around the tri state area in own vehicle.
