BMA Architects seeking Director of Miami Operations in Miami, FL, US

Position Overview Oversee Miami office operations and serve as leader of BMA Miami staff. Execute firm objectives and act as primary firm representative in the South Florida market. Lead, direct and monitor all project­ team personnel and production to insure adherence to quality standards and high productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: General Management and Operations: Supervise Miami office staff and oversee daily project development. Manage the tracking of Miami office projects and report weekly to Senior Advisors on project status, staffing needs and deadlines. Attend weekly advisory meetings to report on Miami specific operations and to provide support for Senior Advisors as needed. Attend bi-weekly Upper Management meetings to participate in discussing current firm matters.
