Small Manhattan firm looking for an experienced project manager to support our needs for a temporary project. The need is immediate and the work should last 3-6 months with the possibility to extend. We expect a full time schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The job will involve: Code research and compliance documentation All drafting and detailing for small projects New construction: commercial, institutional Renovations: commercial, residential Administering junior staff: redlining Coordinating engineering and other consultants Our office is now mostly remote, though our midtown loft office is open and in limited use.
