THE FIRM  Design Draw Build is a team of hybrid professionals converging as architects, builders, artists, producers, and urbanists.  Currently, DDB Inc is designing projects in the Bay Area, and both Northern California counties. Our team thrives on the diverse creative challenges in both our urban and rural engagements. On a typical day, DDB’s team will be working with a developer to create a sustainable multi-building master plan in a rural county, and then pivot to fit a complex ADU into a dense San Francisco block. As a design-build team, we emphasize constructability and an understanding of the entirety of the built work. The in-house integration of construction and architecture generates a productive dialog about means, methods, and culture.   DDB Inc is seeking a resourceful, and ambitious architect in training to join our team.
