Design Innovations for Architecture PLLC (DIA) is currently seeking a junior freelance architectural designer/professional for hospitality and residential projects. This project-based position will involve working on project design, architectural drawing sets, and construction administration activities. The applicants will be required, health guidelines permitting, to work in our office a minimum of one or two days a week and work remotely for the remainder of the week. Skills and Requirements: Min. 3-5 years of work experience in all architectural and interior design project phases: from concept design through construction administration.Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills. BIM/Revit experience a plus.3D modeling capabilities. Sketchup and Rhino3D are preferred.Experience in Construction Document preparation & detailing hospitality (restaurant, bar, and cafe projects) and residential interiors.
