The candidate’s qualifications should include the following: • B of Arch or M. Arch professional degree • 1-3 years of experience • Experience working on design and production drawings for new buildings, renovations, and alterations • Experience in drafting construction documents • Revit experience preferred but will provide training if AutoCAD experienced • Experience in creating computer renderings a plus • Knowledge of local building and standards   The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded individual capable of conceptualizing a building’s design, as well as developing construction documents for its implementation.
