The multimedia artist studio for Doug Aitken is looking for a designer based in Los Angeles to work on the development of new projects, taking conceptual proposals to fully realized artworks.  Projects will vary from wall sculptures and installations to architectural structures and exhibition design. Candidates need to produce drawing sets, create proposals, renderings, visualization and develop final designs. The ideal candidate will be an organized, intuitive problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task and manage time well in a fast-paced studio environment. Candidate should have strong instincts, good judgment, and a self-starter. This person must be detail oriented and possess a developed aesthetic sensibility.
