El Dorado is a critically-acclaimed practice with studios in Kansas City, Missouri, and Portland, Oregon. The twenty-five year old practice was recently identified as the #5 design firm in the United States by ARCHITECT Magazine's ARCH50 survey. El Dorado has active projects nationally and internationally and works with agility across project scales, contexts, and typologies. The practice emphasizes hands-on approaches within design processes and integrates a fabrication facility into its work. We are seeking to add the following positions:Project Architects: 7+ years experience, looking for architects to work alongside artists and specialized technicians on major public artworks in North America and the Middle East. Fabrication experience is highly desired.
