Renovate PDX seeking Residential Revit Drafter & Project Admin in Portland, OR, US
Work with a start-up Portland nonprofit and the City to provide housing stabilization services to low-income, BIPOC homeowners. You will be working with a diverse team from multiple organizations and agencies to address issues of habitability, life-safety, weatherization, structural integrity, and code compliance. Responsible not only for drafting, but administrative and project support services as needed. Funded by the American Rescue Plan, we are offering a 2 year contract for this position (with the great possibility of continuing full time thereafter). Position begins August 2nd, 35 hour weeks with 2 weeks paid leave and the week after Christmas off (paid).You will mainly be working from home for now with site visits and events around town.
