El Dorado is a critically-acclaimed practice with studios in Kansas City, Missouri, and Portland, Oregon. The twenty-five year old practice was recently identified as the #5 design firm in the United States by ARCHITECT Magazine's ARCH50 survey. El Dorado has active projects nationally and internationally and works with agility across project scales, contexts, and typologies. The practice emphasizes hands-on approaches within design processes and integrates a fabrication facility into its work. We are seeking to add the following positions: Project Managers: 15+ years experience, looking for both specialists in managing teams and work flow for tall buildings, and for generalists versed in managing typologies ranging from cultural facilities, mixed-use projects, higher education, and urban design.
