Immediate opening for a licensed Architect with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of focused construction administration experience on commercial, educational and institutional projects. Experience and knowledge of construction phase management, construction documents, preparation of addenda, responding to Requests for Information (RFI), consultant coordination, review of detailed shop drawings and change proposals, and preparation of punch lists. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Revit. Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required. LEED accreditation highly desirable.
