GLUCK+ is seeking an experienced Architect with extensive REVIT skills to work on Multi Family Residential and Institutional Projects. Applicants must be strong designers interested in participating in an Architect Led Design Build practice. Candidates should have between 3-7 years of experience, and the following skills : Experience producing 100% construction documents and content creation in REVIT on multiple projects. Understanding of REVIT best practices, knowledge of implementation strategies and the ability to mentor inexperienced users.Experience on multi family buildings, including zoning, building code, ADA best practices. Experience with ground-up projects in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction AdministrationExperience with technical detailing.Highly motivated, team-oriented individuals with strong design skills.
