Seeking a part time project architect/ architectural designer to assist with all aspects of project management, design, construction management on select projects for a small architecture firm. Must have minimum three years of relevant experience in single family residential architecture, including interior renovations. Familiarity with working in NYC apartments, NYC DOB, project organization, purchasing and specifications for mid to high end residential construction, millwork detailing and shop drawing review, is requested. Previous construction site experience preferred. Autocad proficiency required and needed. Licensure not required. Excellent writing and communication skills needed, ease with MS Word and MS Excell requested. Hours can be flexible, ability to make site visits to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Tri-state area. Work from home, in office meetings as needed. Approximately 24-30 hours a week. Compensation commensurate with experience.
